Sip, shop and socialize at a holiday artisan and crafter market to give back to the community.
This year we will be giving back to Operation Flashlight.
If you are a local artisan or crafter this market is the perfect place to showcase your talents! The vendor application just opened below. Once your application is received, the committee will review all applications. We like to keep a balance of each category so that shoppers have a variety of items to choose from.
VENDOR FEE: non-refundable $50 entry fee for all vendors, you will be notified if your application has been approved with an invoice to pay within 24 hours. If payment has not been received, the next vendor in line will have the ability to book the space.
Space is limited, applications will be reviewed by the committee first come, per category.
INCLUDED IN YOUR VENDOR FEE:
- ONE 6-foot table, bring your own tablecloth – if you require 2 tables for your booth, you will be charged for 2 spaces. Please note that you need an additional table in your application.
- Access to WiFi
- Snacks and Beverages
- Included in social media advertising for the event (as long as application has been received in time).
- A portion of your entry fee will be donated to Operation Flashlight to bring joy to residents of local nursing homes.
Please note, there is no access to electricity.
Although a warehouse, the front portion of the space is the second location for Little Red Barn Door.
Setup will be available 12noon-5:00pm on Friday, 11/8/19 and starting at 8:00am on Saturday, 11/9/19.
*Once your vendor application is approved you will receive an email with an invoice that must be paid within 24-hours. If you fee has not been paid within 24-hours, your booth/spot will be passed on.
**Only one type of artisan/crafter of its kinds will be allowed.
APPLICATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE 10/16/19 AT MIDNIGHT. Vendor spots fill up quickly.
